Amazing support! I was struggling to get the app running. I contacted the support and got help immediately. It turned out that the Shopify shop wasn't connected correctly. After a reinstallation of the app in Shopify and some sync time, it now works perfectly.

Good review platform and more affordable than the alternatives. UI could use some work as the initial setup took a bit longer than expected compared to other review platforms I've tried. Also missing some things like statistics on reminder invites, but they assured me that would be available soon.

Huge issues with products syncing from Shopify to Reviews.io that their devs had to get involved with a couple times. Was given no explanations or even notice when everything was taken care of. When they did sync, all products were duplicated in Reviews.io and reviews were randomly assigned to a variant of the product. Then I asked them to merge the products. The SKU the system chose was a made-up one that didn't correlate to real products in Shopify.

In general the support team were quick to respond at first, then either don't respond to follow-up questions or take 30+ minutes (a little badge in the chat shows when they've seen your message). Most of the time they were unhelpful.

The UX is unintuitive and leads to completely unnecessary confusion. The hierarchy inconsistency is baffling.

I give it three stars for the following reasons:
- Support is quick to respond to simple inquiries (usually under 5 minutes). Same can't be said of all their competitors.
- Pricing is fair
- Platform is pretty quick (competitors feel more laggy)

Excellent support by the team at Reviews.i.o, particularly Kai. He couldn't have been more helpful when we required some assistance with setting up the 'Review widgets'. We already use this app on another of our websites so it was no surprise to get such excellent support as usual!

We were with Feefo, and not very happy as it's super pricy and hard to connect with Shopify. After some research we switched over to reviews.io and couldn't be happier with the onboarding process we had. Used reviews.io in a few other capacities as well, and know they're worth the money. I needed to export the CSV of all reviews on this platform before uninstalling the app (it's pretty pricey when compared to competitors), only to be advised that in order to export reviews I am required to UPGRADE to the next business plan. This is unheard of. I'd do my homework and avoid. UPDATE: I was not told that exporting reviews were possible without paying UNTIL I left this review. The below is the email I received from Reviews.io when I initially asked for the reviews to be exported: Hi Sarah, Thank you for getting back to me. As per conversation with my colleagues in the Sydney office, you can export your reviews but would need to upgrade to our Growing Business Plan , which can be done within the dashboard. Wonderful support and fantastic product! It's really helping gauge feedback for customers and help assist more people quicker. There are limitations and the cost for add-ons is a little steep but what can ya do, I still love reviews.io

Update to the saga - The Reviews app had an issue and none of the review requests were sent. I send several support requests regarding this issue and nothing was done. reviews agreed to refund my years subscription as i want to cancel but every time i ask were the rund is they seem to forget an=bout the agreement they made. I have now had to cont my credit card comapy to get the refund as the team at Reviews.IO simply can not be trusted Have yet to use the reviews.io plan as we are waiting to import reviews from our old app. The features look good from what i have seen. I signed for the Growing Business plan paying 12 months upfront, then also charged for the monthly plan! had the monthly charge refunded. To be honest they are quick to correct Keep an eye on your credit card statements.

I truly recommend this app, they have a great customer service. Amador was really nice and helped me with all the concerns and questions that I had! Thank you
