I really like how easy it is to use this program as a whole. The design is clean, easy to understand, and simple to use, which I really like. The learning curve was not too steep, which made using the software very easy and simple for me. It's clear that the main goal of its creation was to help people understand it.
I can't end this review without mentioning how much help Leila gave me when I started working there. Her advice was very helpful.
Leila's deep knowledge of the software and her ability to explain it in a way that was easy to understand made the training process much easier for me.

Easy to integrate, lot of improvements in just a few months and the support is super-responsive and helpful.
I switched from another provider to Reviews.io. I was helped super fast and well with the export/import of the previous reviews and also with the integration into the theme the support and the dev team was very helpful. All in all, I am very satisfied so far and am excited to collect the first reviews via reviews.io.
