Ich starte derzeit mit meinem Online-Shop, und einer der wichtigsten Punkte ist das Vertrauen der potentiellen Kunden. Deshalb habe ich mich für Reviews.io entschieden.
Leider habe etwas Schwierigkeiten gehabt den Code der Widgets einzufügen, doch der Support hat meine Probleme direkt an das Entwicklungsteam weitergeleitet - diese haben all meine gewünschten Widgets im Shop integriert und das ohne Aufpreis! Sehr guter Kundensupport - abgesehen vom Produkt ein sehr wichtiger Grund für mich langfristig bei Reviews.io Kunde zu bleiben!
Great tool and highly recommended. We are using this tool to get Company Ranking, Product Review, and Local Store Ranking. The tool is integrated with Shopify and will allow us to integrate other channels via API. Their support team is outstanding. They give solutions to all requests and set up everything in no time.
THE way forward for collecting reviews. We were with a previous review company for a number of years but the help/integrations/functionality were not a patch on Reviews.io. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Service is superb!

Really useful app and easy to use. Great having an account manager to set things up and answer questions.
