We had ups and downs for a while with reviews.io but it seems to work smoothly now.
Our success manager Andrew is willing to help the best he can and is doing a good job so far.

Easily the worst customer service I've ever received for any product or service. There are lots of cool-sounding features but they're all buggy and don't work on even a basic level. I wasted countless hours going back and forth with customer support, to which they routinely ignored my questions and just spat out obtuse and unhelpful responses. I switched to Klaviyo Reviews and it has been incredible from the very beginning. Save yourself a ton of headaches and go with Klaviyo.

Excellent Customer Service. Helped install the app properly onto our site and can't fault any of the process at all.

One of the few applications with a Polish language version on Shopify. Great support, responds quickly and is very helpful.

EDIT: When I upgraded to a higher package, I was treated unprofessionally. Simple bug fixes take months. Also, after upgrading, I lost access to several features I had on the lower package. Think twice before you choose this company.

EDIT2: After a few more weeks of waiting for the introduction of a couple of translations that are simply wrong in Polish and reminding the support about it, the chat function for reporting problems simply disappeared :) We were abandoned. I will add another update in some time. Greetings

Was definitely worth it switching over from Stamped.io to Reviews.io! Huge shoutout to Kehan for explaining the POWERFUL functionalities of the app in helping to accelerate our business growth and also MASSIVE thanks to Andrew & Cameron from the ANZ customer support team for being there to help me with installation & my incessant questions during Aussie hours.

Absolutely the best integration for reviews on Shopify! During the transfer of TP to reviews.io we got assisted by the Customer Success Team who was instantly there if we had a question or even extra wishes. A big plus is that they have teams sitting around the world so no matter when you have a question they're instantly in the Service Chat and help you out.
Price to value is also great and the integration in our online shop looks amazing! My final conclusion - as maybe expected - I can highly recommend Reviews.io!

After evaluating a number of platforms, Reviews.io came out as the winner. And I'm really glad I picked it for our store - the platform has a ton of great features, it's really easy to integrate with our Shopify 2.0 theme, and their support team has been super helpful getting it set up. Would recommend!

Reviews.io are the best around, not least because of their integrations and their absolutely top notch customer service. They are not aggressive in their sales pitches, unlike some of their rivals, and they cannot do enoguh to help. The proof is in the pudding - these guys are the best.

We have switched from a free App to Reviews.io and it was a very good decision. I love the layout and the options I have! great work and the support is very fast and perfect!

I'm glad they have a dedicated customer service team, or else I wouldn't have been able to upload the code on my own. I look forward to using that app. I'm excited about the prospect of gathering more product and website reviews.
