Early days but so far the team at Review.io have been fantastic in helping us integrate with our store. Fantastic customer with a very fast turn around.
I switched from another provider to Reviews.io. I was helped super fast and well with the export/import of the previous reviews and also with the integration into the theme the support and the dev team was very helpful. All in all, I am very satisfied so far and am excited to collect the first reviews via reviews.io.

Amazing support! I was struggling to get the app running. I contacted the support and got help immediately. It turned out that the Shopify shop wasn't connected correctly. After a reinstallation of the app in Shopify and some sync time, it now works perfectly.
Huge issues with products syncing from Shopify to Reviews.io that their devs had to get involved with a couple times. Was given no explanations or even notice when everything was taken care of. When they did sync, all products were duplicated in Reviews.io and reviews were randomly assigned to a variant of the product. Then I asked them to merge the products. The SKU the system chose was a made-up one that didn't correlate to real products in Shopify.
In general the support team were quick to respond at first, then either don't respond to follow-up questions or take 30+ minutes (a little badge in the chat shows when they've seen your message). Most of the time they were unhelpful.
The UX is unintuitive and leads to completely unnecessary confusion. The hierarchy inconsistency is baffling.
I give it three stars for the following reasons:
- Support is quick to respond to simple inquiries (usually under 5 minutes). Same can't be said of all their competitors.
- Pricing is fair
- Platform is pretty quick (competitors feel more laggy)
Excellent support by the team at Reviews.i.o, particularly Kai. He couldn't have been more helpful when we required some assistance with setting up the 'Review widgets'. We already use this app on another of our websites so it was no surprise to get such excellent support as usual!

If you install the app, create an account for your store and this account is rated, it can NOT be deleted!!!!!!!
The ratings and the account will continue to exist!!!!!
If I could, I wouldn't even give it one star. I installed the app to collect reviews for my products. All good so far.
After I decided to deactivate the store and delete the existing accounts, I contacted the support chat. I initially had to wait about half an hour for someone to reply, after which the employee simply left and a new one arrived. I explained my situation and was told that the public page would not be deleted. But the problem is that I have opened another store with the same name on a page. Now the ratings for the store remain although it no longer exists and the ratings have nothing to do with the new store. Hands off!!!

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich nicht einmal ein Stern geben. Ich habe die App installiert um Bewertungen für meine Produkte zu sammeln. Soweit alles gut.
Nachdem ich beschlossen habe, den Shop zu deaktivieren und die bestehenden Accounts zu löschen, habe ich mich an den Support-Chat gewandt. Ich musste zunächst ungefähr eine halbe Stunde warten, bis jemand geantwortet hat, danach ist der Mitarbeiter einfach gegangen und ein neuer gekommen. Ich habe meine Sachlage mitgeteilt und mir wurde gesagt, dass die Öffentliche Seite nicht gelöscht wird. Das Problem ist aber, dass ich einen anderen Shop mit dem gleichen Namen auf einer Seite eröffnet habe. Jetzt bleiben die Bewertungen für den Shop obwohl dieser nicht mehr Existiert und die Bewertungen haben nichts mit dem neuen Shop zutun.

We were with Feefo, and not very happy as it's super pricy and hard to connect with Shopify. After some research we switched over to reviews.io and couldn't be happier with the onboarding process we had. Used reviews.io in a few other capacities as well, and know they're worth the money.
