This app is exactly what we needed when we started looking at upgrading our review platform. While other apps have annual contract minimums or very very high fees associated Reviews.io was perfect for allowing us a great customer experience and allowing us to grow under their app. 5 out of 5
The product is fantastic, and the customer support is second to none. Amador has been there to help get problems solved in a hurry each and every time we run into a roadblock. As integrations continue to become more robust, it's only improving the functionality of the app. Very happy that we made the switch to Reviews.io
Update: A year later and the support continues to be fantastic! Amador continues to knock it out of the park with the support provided.

We took a long path to Reviews.io - through multiple review apps and horrible contracts. Learn from our mistakes and adopt Reviews.io from the start. The integration is dead easy, they're an approved partner for seller ratings, and there's so much more to the platform than just collecting reviews.
