Reviews.io has made it very easy to get customer reviews and feedback from our customers. The widgets and implementation with shopify make it well worth the monthly fee.

Update: Kai from the reviews.io team was excellent in assisting me with some integration issues. When we had a few technical issues Carlus from reviews.io was on hand to assist and get everything we needed working. Great service and great reviews platform.

We've been using reviews.io for around 12 months now and it's been wonderful – easy to use interface and daily management, and lots of widgets to choose from. Amador and their team have been super helpful all along the way: from importing our existing reviews, to setting up review collection flows, and explaining the Google Rich Snippets. They helped implement their code when I was having trouble, and they even stylized it to fit our branding.

Reviews.io was a big help in collecting reviews. We were already doing ok with product reviews using another app but moving to Reviews.io helped us get our Google Local and Facebook reviews where they needed to be. Highly recommended.
