Every eCommerce store should be using something on this caliber when it comes to managing product and company reviews. For the money you are not going to get a better option. The support is great and they were able to make sure everything in our theme worked well with their code. This is going to be a fantastic tool during the holiday season and moving forward.

Without doubt, Reviews.io is the best reviews partner a brand could wish for. Our business is new and small (for now) and yet I've just been treated like a rockstar to have my site further optimised and looking awesome with their software. Review.io is both slick in design and functionality. Their team's attention to detail to ensure our site is maximising conversion opportunities is phenomenal and I'm genuinely excited to see the results in the coming months. The team at Reviews.io have been super helpful in helping us get set up. They saved us from getting bad reviews for late deliveries during COVID-19 by delaying review requests being sent out to reduce bad reviews for extended delivery times. Jumping on the live chat, Cameron has always responded to me super quickly and never pretended like they'd never heard of us, he remembered both myself and my web developer and were consistent in getting me help and/or my problem resolved in under an hour. Gotta give yourselves a pat on the back guys you've been the best reviews app we've used so far :)
