The most amazing reviews app along with the friendliest, most host helpful support team ever. They've helped me integrate with my theme with ease and are always there if I have questions. Being a fairly new ecommerce start up the customer service from reviews has been commendable! A special mention to two people: Lewis whom we initially spoke to & who signed us up followed by Carlus who has been very helpful & patient from the start of us joining reviews. His patience & guidance on how best to use the platform for our current needs is much appreciated. The reviews platform is also simple to navigate & straightforward to use. This app has been amazing for me to build trust with my customers by collecting reviews. It makes the whole process super easy, and I love that it can turn my reviews into social media posts too. The staff available on chat for tech support are amazing and reply super quickly and provide easy to follow, step by step instructions, and even jump in and do it for you when they can. As a start up with one team member i'm super grateful for how easy they've made everything!

Excellent app with a huge amount of functionality compared to Trustpilot (we migrated from them) - it also costs much less. Support is excellent and they go the extra mile
We came from using a different platform for several years and their pricing model simply pushed us away. That's when we discovered Reviews.io and we were impressed about everything it has to offer. The support team is awesome and really quick at responding to requests. The setup process was also super smooth, their team installed and configured the widgets to our needs. Also, loving the product star rating we're seeing on google ads, getting quite a conversion boost so overall really happy with the team and app! Keep up the great work. Highly recommend.
