Jake was phenomenal! I had an issue with my Customer Reviews not popping up and we were able to fix the problem and now all my reviews are viewable! Thanks so much to the Reviews.IO team I would recommend this app to any Business Owner wanting to start obtaining reviews on their site to build more Trust with their Customers!

Great app with a quick setup time and lots of customization. Customer service members go above and beyond to get you set up, answer any questions and resolve your issues and also take on board improvements. Emailing support is quick and efficient when migrating data.

We switched platforms to Shopify and the Reviews team were fantastic in their assistance to get us moved across and back up and running.

We have made the switch from Trustpilot for our service reviews and JudgeMe for our product reviews so they can be handled via one platform. Plus REVIEWS.io is packed with useful widgets and tools to help show off our reviews. A big thank you to Daniel, Kai, Maddox, Nancy and the rest of their team for helping set everything up.

These guys are very helpful and the app is great. Had an issue with my email address and they had to merge 2 accounts for me. Nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Well, to make a long story short - on company plugin website they state that Question & Answer is avaliable in a Small Business plan. After conversation and paid for a developer to install that plugin on our website - they said "I apologize. The wording on the pricing plan page needs to be updated." If we knew that we would use differ plugin - not waste out time ! Lesson learned
