Great app with a quick setup time and lots of customization. Customer service members go above and beyond to get you set up, answer any questions and resolve your issues and also take on board improvements. Emailing support is quick and efficient when migrating data.

Everything was going well until the actual implementation of the widgets and import of our reviews file. The developers replaced our previous reviews widget on a LIVE PUBLISHED THEME which did not work. So all our products were showing "0 Reviews." When I reached out to my account manager and customer support, they told me it would take up to 2 BUSINESS DAYS to reverse or fix this problem. So I have to sit here and wait 2 days for you to fix your mess-up? Why did you develop on a live theme? I switched because customer service was slower on stamped, but at least they knew what they were doing. I do not have the confidence the rest of our platform is suitable if you can't even manage this simple task. UPDATE: The account manager escalated this to their CEO/CTO and the matter has been handled exceptionally. They stand behind their product.

We switched platforms to Shopify and the Reviews team were fantastic in their assistance to get us moved across and back up and running.

I want to remove my business from review.io but it wolud not let me. Need help resolving this immediately.

These guys are very helpful and the app is great. Had an issue with my email address and they had to merge 2 accounts for me. Nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend.

I'm not very good at Tech but found review.io easy to set following the simple steps on the help page. Kai my customer service adviser was amazing. I had trouble getting the reviews on my web site but she accessed the backend and popped them on there for me.

Fantastic company with next level service. I've used Yotpo for around 4 years. I was loathe to pay extra for on site widgets, when already spending around £200 per month for review requests. That's when I found reviews.io For the same price, they have offered 5x the monthly review requests and all the widgets included. Not only that, but they personally phoned me to onboard me, had their team transfer my old reviews over and also had their in house developers install 3 widgets, with my choice of customisations, again for free. I never take the time to review companies but reviews.io have blown me away and deserve my time to do this. On a separate note - a friend of mine runs a multi-million pound per year business, with a billionaire backer, many employees and a full in-house marketing team. They use reviews.io too and have done for several years. I'm sure if there were issues of any kind they would be using someone else, so that speaks volumes in and of itself. Besonders wichtig für mich war/ist der Import von bestehenden Bewertungen, die ich über die Shopify Bewertung-App gesammelt hatte. Über den Support ist das möglich und alles war an einem Abend erledigt. Ich bin begeistert! UPDATE: Immer noch fantastisch. Neue Bewertungen kommen täglich rein. Der Support ist genial und super schnell, egal um was es geht.
