I think its best reviews tool on the market. I really like the team and the features are so good. Only thing I could criticize is the pricing of the UGC feature, which could be 40-50$ cheaper.

I've been using Reviews.io for my Shopify store for the past few months, and I'm absolutely loving it. The app is incredibly easy to use, and it's helped me collect hundreds of reviews from my customers. So far my experience has been great - I'm still very new to the app, so can't give to much insight into it but, I have to say the customer service is top notch - I've been dealing mostly with Kai who has helped out tremendously with the transfer over from yotpo!! Can't thank these guys enough
