We were looking for a reviews platform for a while when we came across Reviews.io that met all of our needs at a fraction of the cost of some of the other options available. The setup was very simple and the customer service/support is amazing. Their team take the time to review your account on a regular basis to make sure you are optimised for success! Definitely would recommend.
We have loved using Reviews.IO to collect customer reviews and display them on our website in unique ways, among other uses. Great tool for growing your e-commerce business!

Unfortunately we had issues mapping unique identifiers for google shopping, so could no longer continue using reviews.io. But they reached out and took my previous review productively so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Support were always great.
We normally use either GTIN or MPN to match your reviews with your products in Google Shopping.
This in most cases is the most reliable and recommended way to match.
Unfortunately, because your products didn't have GTIN or MPN it was a challenge to match.
