I somehow messed up the codes and it was displaying on my website. I reached out the support team, Daniel, and he was SUPER helpful in getting it fixed. He not only fixed what I had messed up, he downloaded the widget to get the reviews to display on my website. Great experience.

I just started with reviews.io as it looks great and has different features to collect reviews. Mollie from Reviews.io was such a great help integrating it with Shopify and helping me with diverse questions.

The most amazing reviews app along with the friendliest, most host helpful support team ever. They've helped me integrate with my theme with ease and are always there if I have questions. Being a fairly new ecommerce start up the customer service from reviews has been commendable!
