Really nice app. Lots of good features. Easy to use and I like that it's possible to add custom questions regarding fit etc. Also not noticed any difference to our site speed. The support is also great, Kai has helped us out a lot getting Reviews on our store and looking great :) highly recommend!

This service was great at the beginning, but after reaching out for a solution fix on our carousel displaying reviews less than 5 stars and not getting a fix for 4 weeks - we will be migrating to another platform at this time

I found the app itself did not provide sufficient guidance on how to use it with Shopify and didn't realise there was different code for using widgets until I contacted support. 5 stars otherwise. (I did not use the auto-install feature, but installed the code myself so cannot comment on that part) However, on both occasions I contacted support, they were very helpful and I am pleased with how things are going. In a short amount of time, rich snippets and our Reviews.io business profile appeared in Google SERPs so Google does clearly value the service provided by Reviews.io.... but what I love the most about this platform is that I get to own my business' reviews and do what I want with them... unlike another well known reviews platform.

I wanted this app to help me collect more google reviews and it has done that! There are a lot of great features such as the social proof I am excited to be able to use as well. Happy with this service:)

To sign up and get everything up and running was super easy as Carlus did most of it for me and so my main concern, the set up, was just not a problem... really massively helpful and everything has been exactly what is promised. We are all very happy... Highly recommend...
