I didn't know where to start with adding the widgets, spoke with Maddox from support and was able to assist. Maddox took over and installed the widgets on my website by adding the snippets into the back end. Thanks very much for all your support! We are now working on getting the reviews over from TrustPilot and other platforms so we are starting from where we left off with previous platforms.

Set this up, assumed it was all working, one of the team reached out and said it is cheaper to go direct with them and cut out Shopify so I said fine, switch me over. A few months go by and I wonder why I have 0 reviews, go to login, no access in account, no active plan running. No reviews requested or collected this whole time. Speak to support to unlock account, pay for an annual plan, ask for help backdating review requests that I missed. But.. you need a more expensive plan. So I have missed out on reviews for months without my knowledge. Do not recommend.
