We have been looking forward to being able to add our Reviews from Amazon since we switched to using the Shopify Buy with Prime app instead of the BwP widget. I found this app easy to install, and it does what it intends to do- displays our Amazon reviews on our on-site product pages. It is easy to manage which products show RFA, and there is the ability to customize the look of the reviews to coordinate with your site.
it didn't work
Gaining consumer trust on our DTC website has been made easier with the syndication of thousands of Amazon reviews to our Shopify site through the Reviews from Amazon app. The RFA team was able to quickly schedule a call to walk us through the installation process. Their knowledgable team was able to take us through the installation and the customization of the reviews widget in about an hour. The app is easy to use and has made all of the difference in bolstering our Shopify product listings. Overall, the Reviews from Amazon is a quality app with a responsive and resourceful support team. 100% recommend!
