Used this app for months without issue. Worked fine, then like many other devs out there they locked certain things behind a paywall out of nowhere without notice or advising us.

The app stopped working, stopped collecting reviews and when i approached support their answer was to remove the app and reinstall.

Doing this then lost me access to the badge in bottom left hand corner, this was locked behind a paywall which previously was not for me as i joined them early on nor did they tell me this would happen. All in all just another horrific experience with developers that want you when they have no reviews but as soon as they can change to paid systems they do so without notice.

Also for some reason they have access to my google listings through their app and can control my google shopping prices listing etc. which we do not want. Something i was not aware of and google warn you before installing this app due to this. This was not the case when i first installed this.

Shopify should protect against devs like this. I hate how many of them act in total bad faith

To give you free access, I need the app to be installed, but you uninstalled it, so I couldn't change it to be free. I know this isn’t the norm in Shopify reviews, where developers are expected to always pretend that no matter what, we are wrong, and you are right, but I have to say: You had the app for more than a year for free. It sent almost 900 emails for your business, probably helping you gain some good reviews during that year, yet you never considered giving us a positive review. But as soon as something didn’t go your way, you gave us a one-star review without hesitation, fully aware of the damage it can cause.

It’s as if our app harmed you in some way when, in reality, all it did was help elevate your business. I asked you to reinstall because it looked like Shopify stopped sending webhooks for your store, and I thought reinstalling might help.

In any case, anyone who installs the app while it’s free will continue to have free access. If you reinstall it, send me an email, and I’ll set it to free for you.

P.S.
The app has access to Google Business but not to pricing. That’s a completely different API, so I suggest you check that.

It does show the reviews on our page but it didn't update to the latest reviews. Their technical support team sorted it out with me after not long.
