Awful. UX and UI is just awful and it's so buggy. I'm locked to 3 years contract otherwise would be abandoning ship long time ago.
I regret not doing my proper homework as I should have before signing with them because their marketing seems so sleek and polished. Only a few months in I started noticing all the problems.
Now over a year in, I have new issues I discover every few months.
I wish I stayed with Klaviyo or moved to Brevo.
