Have removed app. Did not do what we needed.
Asked for help uninstalling code that we did not realise would get added to our theme as a result of installing. Silence. Despite claiming they will help if you aren't sure what you are doing with this. No care whether the app has slowed down performance. I hate writing bad reviews but the person who initially replied, Vishal, has ignored all subsequent chaser messages.
Also asked for refund as we had not used the app at all while I was waiting for their replies. Silence on this too.
Very, very poor customer service. Would think twice before installing as you may be left like this

I have installed this app to all my 3 shopify shops, as I now have ~4000 cusomer reviews for my exclusive products in my marketplace stores at etsy and all amazon domains. My reviews are now visible to my shopify products as well. This app is really helpfull if you want to import reviews from any marketplace. The procedure is simple, the app is fully and easy customizable for language, fonts, colors etc Vishal, who developed this app, is a trully polite and proffesional partner with real technical knowledge. This app is exactly what I needed. I have a lot more reviews on Amazon than my Shopify site so this helps add credibility to my site. Big bonus: the customer service gets back to you super-fast. Like "problem fixed within an hour fast". Love it!
