The app is great, we have the option of how to show reviews, and in what order. You can do the sync but also import custom, depending on what you want, so we like that flexibility. I have to also commend Vishal - he's been wonderful and always quickly responsive to anything we needed. I'm terrible with code, so it's a relief to have someone both knowledgeable and quick to help. I've asked him a lot of questions, and I've always had my questions answered in a prompt fashion. So yeah I really recommend this app, it takes the pain of downloading a csv file and reorganizing things, and you have a great developer who is always willing to help. Definitely worth it.

Importify is a trustworthy app that I am using to get reviews from different platforms. Best way to display social proof on your site and for sale boosting. It does the job nicely. The app is pretty straightforward to use. You can set up everything so quickly. Moreover, found their team quite helpful.

This is a very useful app with a lot of cool features and options. I am not a programmer and I had questions for the integration, but Vishal was very helpful and covered all issues promptly and successfully. It is very good value-for-money app.

Have attempted to use several review apps that allow me to pull from other platforms and this is the best. Incredibly easy to integrate my Etsy reviews with my shopify site. The reviews section looks good on my site as well. Ran into a snag when I changed themes and support responded super quickly to help fix.

Have removed app. Did not do what we needed.
Asked for help uninstalling code that we did not realise would get added to our theme as a result of installing. Silence. Despite claiming they will help if you aren't sure what you are doing with this. No care whether the app has slowed down performance. I hate writing bad reviews but the person who initially replied, Vishal, has ignored all subsequent chaser messages.
Also asked for refund as we had not used the app at all while I was waiting for their replies. Silence on this too.
Very, very poor customer service. Would think twice before installing as you may be left like this

I used Vishal's review downloading service to get all my reviews from my Amazon listing, and he was super efficient and effective. He had it done within a few hours and just perfect. I had asked Vishal to set up the csv file, so it would work with the product reviews app on shopify and he did it perfectly. I really appreciate it, thank you.

The absolute best rating APP I have come across on Shopify! Easy install and automatic synching abilities, but the most important part is that Vishal (Developer) is super hands on and extremely helpful and courteous. I HIGHLY recommend this app!

The app is not working as expected and the programmer doesn't respond anymore. We will have to look for something else and request a refund.

Great app, does the job very well especially if you don't have many products then adding ASINs manually are not that time consuming, and support is good as well.
