Took me a little time to import all my Etsy review because I had so many listings. I work great getting it to look better, I needed help. I reached out to the help desk I got a very quick response, there were very helpful and I got every fixed.

you could have also mentioned that you just installed the app to put negative review and uninstalled the app within hour.

I hope shopify team already looking these kind of fake stores and take action.
