Customer support has been great when an issue came up they had it fixed in less than a day!
It helped us a lot for uploading reviews to merchant center and the development team is awesome, they built new functions for us according to our requirements for free. :)

The customer service, Onur, is good! Always responds very quickly.
They also help to develop the new function to pin/unpin all reviews to the top and homepage in a day. It really helps me to manage the review without clicking one by one.
