Details and thoughts:
1) First impressions weren't promising because the app blocks didn't show at all. I contacted customer support and eventually we figured out. IMPORTANT: THE APPS WORKS, the issue was of the order itself somehow being messed up by a previous app i tried (it added products rather than replacing them with new variants). Customer support placed a new test order, edited it and it worked. I placed a test order for myself to see also and yes, the blocks now are visible AND working.
2) Customer support was excellent, nothing more to say here. Shubham, i appreciate the help man.
3) Sooooo, pricing... At the time the review is written, there are 3 plans, Free / Starter / Pro. The first two are almost identical, with the Starter offering unlimited order edits. Fine. The PROBLEM is that the Pro plan scales very aggresively from 29$ (Starter) to 129$ (Pro).
Pro plan has important editing features (at least in my opinion) like Add/Replace Products. Maybe a better option would be a paid plan between the Starter and Pro, offering at least some essential editing features like the above and having an editing threshold (maybe up to 300 orders, i don't know) or something else. To my eyes its something that makes it difficult for new stores opt for it. This one alone has left me with a bitter taste of that great app.
Why great? the app is NOT over bloated with menus in the dashboard, nothing more, nothing less, i believe it has most things a store will need. But, given that i launch my eshop in a few days and not having really any true experience in sales until now, take this with a grain of salt). To me as a new shop owner seems ideal though.
FEEDBACK:
1) The "edit" link in the variants tab is too small and easily unnoticed, place all fields in the variants tab instead of the pop up window but make the fonts / selectors a little bigger.
2) I believe a "Download Invoice" never hurt anyone. By not being an editing feature, it deserves its own place for better clarity.
3) Couldn't test more because... you know... Pro plan restrictions.
-So, why the 5 stars?
To me, as a performance / functionality / minimalist (and new store owner) driven individual and having tested some order editing apps, this one stands out. The pricing leaves a bitter taste but that's up to them to decide their business plan (but i hope they introduce more paid plan options in the future).
IF PRICING IS something that matters more to you for judging an app, then maybe the overall rating would be lower to you. Myself, i always separate these things.
Overall, greatly performing app but sadly not for me as a starting eshop (maybe in the future)...
10/10 onboarding experience.
I tried lots of apps, always a headache, something never works as you like. This one actually not. I was surprised.
The translations (We have 10 languages) were auto-added and after a quality check actually pretty good too.
Already in first 24 hours 10 orders editted so pretty nice.

Super easy install process and very responsive support team! Does exactly what it is supposed to do. Revize is already reducing our CX tickets so can't imagine how useful it will become during peak season when customers can resolve their own issues.
Honestly, Revize just makes life easier. I’ve had customers message me minutes after placing an order saying they picked the wrong size or typed the wrong address. With Revize, they can just fix it themselves, no emails, no chaos. It’s saved us a ton of time and cut down on silly returns. Wish we had this sooner.
We have been using Revize for 6 months now and I am very happy to confidently give a 5 star review. It has saved us hundreds of hours that would have been spent on customer support emails to make simple changes to orders. Recently we encountered an issue with how the app was working in collaboration with another app we use and the technical support we received from Revize was exceptional - they took ownership of the issue from the outset, and subsequently identified and resolved the bug the same day. I highly recommend this app, it will save you a lot of time and money.
Shreya has been very helpful and communicative to help us install and configure the app. The app has many useful tools and we are yet to explore them all but will definitely be looking to utilize as much of the other tools down the track here. Thank you for this wonderful app Revize team!

We are using this app for editing the Orders before they are shipped wrongly.

Brilliant app - customers often input the wrong shipping address in haste and we have to go back to liaise with them on which one is correct! The app resolves that pain point and has saved hours of time. But what really stands out about this app is the support team. They are honestly the best I have ever worked with - quick to respond, patient, and genuinely invested in helping. It makes such a difference to feel supported while trying something new. I am really impressed, and very grateful. Highly recommend!
Who are these people?? I swear I’ve never gotten this kind of support from any other app. They didn’t just help with their own stuff, they legit fixed random problems I was having on my store too. Like?? Who does that??
Also... this app is seriously cracked. It has everything. All the features I saw in the other apps rolled into one, and it just works. Super fast, no bugs, no drama. It’s been live on my store for two days and it’s already converting
