I used this app to create my entire store and it works great and the costumer support It's always good. I've been using this app for a long time. I first started using it with WordPress and I have no complaints for either platform.

The app has a ton of features and can do very sophisticated sliders. The support I received via chat was excellent.

I'm using this app to customize some pages, slider revolution is great. When I have any problems support has gone above and beyond to help.
Excellent app, but I need a higher level of available sliders. Working on a travel site launch, so being able to be visually appealing with images and video is a must. An upgrade to 20 sliders would be great!
I love this app, I've used it on Wordpress and now here in Shopify and it's without a doubt the best. I recently needed an upgrade from v5 to version 6... the staff did the migration in a few hours and was extremely responsive, great support.
Keeps failing when i upload videos. Also very outdated layout. Looks like 2010. You can do better than that.

However, please note that there are certain limitations imposed by Shopify's app guidelines and infrastructure. As a result, we are unable to implement all features and design elements that you may find in other platforms like WordPress. Unfortunately, Shopify does not support video uploads larger than 20MB, so it's unclear what specific issue you encountered on your end.

I wish i could rate this better, but the real thing is that this app do not work properly on shopify, I do love how it works in wordpress but is not the same. Im about to cancel this app after 1 day with an error in my website where the banner is suppose to be.

Extremely buggy and worst of all their hosting went down several hours giving all website visitors a giant error. I like this app on wordpress but the shopify version the most buggy app i've ever tried and shouldn't have been released in this state
Edit: So your "server updates" locks up my site for several days without any warning? Absolutely ridiculous

One of the most disappointing apps i've met in Shopify.
I loved that product for Wordpress, but I must say it's the worst app I have seen for Shopify. I'm emailing the support group for more than 2 months (!!) and they still can't figure out how to make the banner responsive, this is after month that took them to embed the slider itself to my SHELLA theme.
Oh, and of-curse I am paying them full price all that time. So disappointed...
