SR: Sections & Video Slider

Slider Revolution has completely transformed the way we showcase our brand visually. The platform is incredibly powerful and flexible—perfect for building engaging, high-impact sliders and sections with ease. What really sets them apart, though, is the support. Every time I’ve had a question or needed guidance, their team has responded quickly, clearly, and with genuine care. It’s rare to find a tool that’s this feature-rich and backed by such excellent customer service. Highly recommended for anyone serious about design and user experience.

I'd say this is maybe 3.5 stars, but I'm rounding up.

This app has a TON of features, and you can create some pretty amazing things. The support team, while not always immediately available via the chat feature (they're somewhere in Eastern Europe, I'd guess?), will always get back to you and are friendly. And trust me, you will need support, since the they've basically tried to squeeze full desktop editing/compositing software (including a multi layer video timeline) into a Shopify app, and have invented a slew of not-particularly-intuitive interface elements for a user to work with. Or try and work with. Also, it's kind of buggy.

In my experience, you can create basically whatever you can imagine, but it takes 2-3x as long as you might think since you have to dig around so much to find what you want, or check the manual or contact help desk.

Very bad. I need it to complete a slideshow + video module. I have been working on it for a long time but cannot complete it. Compared with other plugins, it is not good.

Fantastic app, extremely competant developers and the possibilties are huge with what you can build.

The learning curve is a little steep, but spend some time and you will excel with what you can produce.

Slider Revolution is very complete when you need to make your website sliders for all devices. The support is very good and quick to resolve any issues you may have. I highly recommend it!

There's a bit of a learning curve with this software because it can can do a lot. A lot more than I thought before I installed this app. Thankfully they have chat support or there's no way I could have figured this out on my own. I'm excited to see how my website looks after implementing the content I'm building with this app.

I’ve been working with Slider Revolution for years, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. The app offers excellent functionality, allowing for seamless adjustments across different views to ensure your slider looks perfect on any device. What sets Slider Revolution apart is its outstanding customer service—any time I’ve needed support, the team has been responsive and incredibly helpful. This is a must-have tool for anyone looking to create visually stunning and highly customizable sliders. Highly recommended!

Terrible support. App was working fine for weeks and now that we have a massive sale running, the slider is showing blank. Was told it was likely other apps, but we haven't installed any new apps in the last week-or-so when it was working fine.

The slider allows for detailed settings and the creation of sophisticated sliders, which is a great feature. It seems that loading can be slow due to compatibility issues with the theme, but support was able to resolve this.

Beautiful and easy-to-use app with plenty of great templates to get you started. Fast & efficient customer response. I encountered a couple of configuration issues but support quickly resolved them.
