It's a really great app! I would recommend it if your stocks fluctuate a lot. It's helping us to get a picture of what products clients are actually interested in so that we can restock and of course to convert more. Emma was always helpful with any questions or request we had. Looking forward to the upgrades in their roadmap.
Great for not losing sales when out of stock on a product, easy to set up and you can customise the automated email, button and sign up form. Would be better if the email had more customisation options but definitely does the job.
The app works perfectly! Our customers receive instant notifications when an item comes back in stock, and thanks to this feature, we’ve already made many additional sales. This app has been great for contacting customers about our stock. I was specifically looking for an app that wasn’t another widget on the page to keep things less clutter. This checks all my boxes.
This is a great app with service to back it up. Emma and the team have been able to help with integration and styling on the embed side; we've had a couple of minor glitches (expected with a new app) but the team have been able to sort those out promptly. The new functionality of being able to email from our own address and keep control of our branding has been a game changer for us.
A very useful app- in my opinion, a must-have.
When a strategic item runs out of stock and we're waiting for delivery, it allows us to notify customers when it's back in stock.
A small suggestion for developers, it would be great if the menu bar displayed a new order number or notification. Currently, you have to check this in the settings, and with so many apps used by most stores, manually checking each one is simply impossible (unless there are email notifications I missed).
We've been using this for about a month now and have had a really good experience! I had a little mishap and using chat to talk to customer service was very easy and was able to fix the problem the same day. Highly recommend you try them.

Very easy to set up and a super helpful support team. I couldn't get the button to appear on PDP pages, but the support team fixed it in 5-10 minutes!
I’m honestly so impressed with this app! We installed it to manage our “notify me when back in stock” alerts, and everything has been working smoothly and exactly how we needed. The interface is clean, simple, and fits perfectly into our store’s layout.
But what really made the experience amazing was the support — Emma and the whole team were incredible. They were super quick to respond, extremely kind, and went above and beyond to help us fix a theme-specific issue. They even tested everything directly in our store to make sure it was working flawlessly.
