This is a great app with service to back it up. Emma and the team have been able to help with integration and styling on the embed side; we've had a couple of minor glitches (expected with a new app) but the team have been able to sort those out promptly. The new functionality of being able to email from our own address and keep control of our branding has been a game changer for us.

Great for not losing sales when out of stock on a product, easy to set up and you can customise the automated email, button and sign up form. Would be better if the email had more customisation options but definitely does the job.

This app has been great for contacting customers about our stock. I was specifically looking for an app that wasn’t another widget on the page to keep things less clutter. This checks all my boxes.

A very useful app- in my opinion, a must-have.
When a strategic item runs out of stock and we're waiting for delivery, it allows us to notify customers when it's back in stock.

A small suggestion for developers, it would be great if the menu bar displayed a new order number or notification. Currently, you have to check this in the settings, and with so many apps used by most stores, manually checking each one is simply impossible (unless there are email notifications I missed).

We've been using this for about a month now and have had a really good experience! I had a little mishap and using chat to talk to customer service was very easy and was able to fix the problem the same day. Highly recommend you try them.

Best freemium back in stock app currently available. Support is also great as we had some theme conflict issues which the dev team sorted quickly
