REZ Preorder, Back In Stock

I wanted the REZ branding removed from my product page, reached out them through the chat option and received a response within a few minutes. Emma, the co-founder, helped me after a little back and forth. It was a great experience, and I was very happy with her willingness to help.

I have just installed REZ Preorder. I had a couple of teething problems, which were totally my fault. Emma couldn't have been more helpful.

This app helped us not only for our preorders before launch but also has a notify button for customers when the products are out of stock .

Emma has helped me so much with little issues (my fault, I'm terrible with technology)

Let me tell you about Emma from Rez. I really appreciate her. Emma came right in here took over the app and fixed all my problems in about two minutes. I've been at this for three or four days and couldn't figure it out and she even helped me with some unrelated problems that was on my store that I couldn't figure out. I'm new at this. She just made this whole thing come together for me. I can't say enough about how nice she is especially helping me and getting my store back to running. I definitely will be using her more As long as she's at this company I'm using this app
