The app used to work very well for me, and my clients loved it. It has great tools and is very user-friendly. However, my experience recently has been extremely disappointing.
I’ve been trying to contact support for over two weeks with no response at all, and the app is currently not working. Considering how expensive it is, this level of service is unacceptable.
I’ve been a loyal customer since 2023, and it’s frustrating to see that this is not valued. I really hope they improve their support and reliability soon.

The app is really well designed and serves our needs very well. Unfortunately, we have questions about the shopping basket, which only loads after about 6 seconds, irritating customers. The price for the print is also displayed strangely.
I wrote to support, but unfortunately no one responded to my questions. It's a real shame... I had to remove it! If you're reading this, please respond!
This app works great! I couldnt figure a few things out because computers are not my thing but the team at RIAXE was there to help! They fixed my issues quickly and painless. I highly recommend this app on your website. I am using it for T-shirt designer tool mainly.

My first impressions were i need this app it looks and feels amazing. However got stuck quite quickly and reached out to support for help and guidance. Unfortunately after two weeks no contact from support after 20 emails that's how bad i wanted to use this app. Oh well off to find a designer app with customer service.
Id like to give this a good review but my initial experience hasn't been good. Everything glitches bad. Im a graphic designer who has worked with computers for over 30 years. This app is a total hassel. Ive been working with other apps for our website for 6 months. Trying to set print are and it keeps saying i have bleed on my file when it is saved without it. The app was so many bugs and glitches even upgrading to to $50 monthly plan. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NOTHING IS LIVE AFTER PRINT AREAS ARE SET. THE MAKE YOUR OWN PRINT AREA IS A TOTL NIGHTMARE! IT GLITCHES BAD AND DOESNT SAVE YOUR AREA. TOTALLY CHANGES YOUR AREA EVERY TIME YOU CHANGE SCREENS. NONE OF MY EDITS BECAME LIVE. No liking my experience so far. NOT WASTING ANOTHER SECOND ON GARBAGE APPS THAT WASTE OUR TIME BECAUSE THEY DONT WORK.

Er wordt niet gereageerd op support aanvragen, hierdoor komen we niet verder met deze app en zijn we dus ook niet gemotiveerd om over te stappen naar de betaalde versie

One of the worst support. Their tool is good but the team is worst. They dont even respond to mails and messgaes
There is no proper support from team. After raising ticket there is no response and even the issue solving is very poor.
i like this app. The level of customization it allows is unbeatable. It's not only easy to use also the installation is super easy.

This app rocks! It's just like my online art studio on Shopify. Buttons are easy, endless customization and the ability to cast metal parts without product restrictions. I love the dynamic pricing system and stringent design studio. Awesome job!
