My first impressions were i need this app it looks and feels amazing. However got stuck quite quickly and reached out to support for help and guidance. Unfortunately after two weeks no contact from support after 20 emails that's how bad i wanted to use this app. Oh well off to find a designer app with customer service.
Id like to give this a good review but my initial experience hasn't been good. Everything glitches bad. Im a graphic designer who has worked with computers for over 30 years. This app is a total hassel. Ive been working with other apps for our website for 6 months. Trying to set print are and it keeps saying i have bleed on my file when it is saved without it. The app was so many bugs and glitches even upgrading to to $50 monthly plan. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! NOTHING IS LIVE AFTER PRINT AREAS ARE SET. THE MAKE YOUR OWN PRINT AREA IS A TOTL NIGHTMARE! IT GLITCHES BAD AND DOESNT SAVE YOUR AREA. TOTALLY CHANGES YOUR AREA EVERY TIME YOU CHANGE SCREENS. NONE OF MY EDITS BECAME LIVE. No liking my experience so far. NOT WASTING ANOTHER SECOND ON GARBAGE APPS THAT WASTE OUR TIME BECAUSE THEY DONT WORK.

Er wordt niet gereageerd op support aanvragen, hierdoor komen we niet verder met deze app en zijn we dus ook niet gemotiveerd om over te stappen naar de betaalde versie
