Plus, it's easy to use. Customer service is very responsive as well, which matters significantly in tech.

Rich Returns provides a relatively quick and easy solution for small businesses. They allow for some customization options which are very helpful, but isn't as fully robust as a full ERP or Order Management System solution. The team is also super helpful and quick to reply when we encounter issues.
