Rich Returns makes the whole returns process effortless, clean portal, seamless Shopify integration, and smart automation that just works. Highly recommend for any merchant who values simplicity.
App does not really support multi-language. Very poor implementation with limitations.
For a claim it is not suitable. Also you have to pay extra for photo upload of customer and video is not even support.
Support is poor. You try to solve issues, but only standard answers follow which do not solve the problems.
App is quite basic. It is not made as a plattform, because every manual interaction has to be handled through another tool or shopify.
Onboarding support poor.
Anrej and the team are incredibly responsive to questions regarding functionality or troubleshooting. We have been using Rich Returns for several months now and are impressed with all it can do. This has grown our exchange program, helped us retain customers and revenue, and cut down on workload and errors internally. I researched several competitors before deciding on Rich Returns and am very pleased with our decision.
