Rich Returns makes the whole returns process effortless, clean portal, seamless Shopify integration, and smart automation that just works. Highly recommend for any merchant who values simplicity.
I’ve had such a great experience using the Rich Returns & Exchanges app! It’s super easy to use and has everything we need to handle returns and exchanges smoothly. Their customer support is amazing—always quick to respond and super helpful whenever we have questions. The app integrates perfectly with Shopify, which has made managing everything so much easier. Highly recommend this app to anyone running an online store!
App does not really support multi-language. Very poor implementation with limitations.
For a claim it is not suitable. Also you have to pay extra for photo upload of customer and video is not even support.
Support is poor. You try to solve issues, but only standard answers follow which do not solve the problems.
App is quite basic. It is not made as a plattform, because every manual interaction has to be handled through another tool or shopify.
Onboarding support poor.
