This is a great service, and a must-have for any Shopify store.

Satisfied. I've been using them for over two years. Two fraudulent orders, on two different occasions, slipped through their filters; they returned the chargeback + fees immediately without any questions.

Riskified provides an essential component in the e-commerce arena: risk assessment and fraud protection.

Prior to implementing Riskified, fraud was a big problem for us, and manually inspecting each order was consuming a significant amount of my team's time and energy.

Riskified has solved that problem and alleviated our concerns in one fell swoop, leaving us free to do business without wasted time or concern for risky transactions!

Now, with the ability to control payment authorization and acceptance based on their risk assessments, I don't have to worry about refunding fraudulent transactions as those payments are never even completed!

A must have tool for any e-com retailer!

Riskified is a must use for any shop. Great service but more importantly they cut our chargebacks exponentially. Much easier than hiring a full time fraud department. Nice work guys, definitely a service worth having among a sea of under performing apps.

Since installing Riskified, we have managed to process alot of orders we would usually decline. The support is quick and responsive. Absolutely recommended for any shop to avoid any types of fraud.

Brilliant app! I don't need them every day, not even every week, but when I get a transaction that is flagged as suspect for one reason or another, I can hand it over to Riskified and let them take all the worry. I can't lose! If they won't take on the risk, then I don't have to pay them and simply refund the customer. No Risk there. Otherwise I pay them a teeny percentage of the order value and they take all the risk. No risk for me there either. This is what's known as a Win-Win.

As a small business with small International turnover for large price items, just one or two fraudulent orders would kill me, but now I don't worry.

And there really is no one else out there that can help us in this way. Trying to get an honest assessment of the risk in any transaction is virtually impossible, and yet here come Riskified and they manage it over and over. I highly recommend. This App has saved us from EVERY chargeback we've had. The software really knows how to detect a fraudulent order. Service is helpfull, reponsive and quick.

Great app - we had problems with fraud orders and there is not much you can do about getting your money or stock back. Riskified gives us peace of mind and is quick and easy to use.

I have now used this AP for 4 months and I'm still completely sold on it. It has saved 4 orders. I am still very pleased. It was supper easy to load and start using. I like I only pay for it when I need it but the next level of service is also attractive when I grow my business bigger. Great AP thank you Riskified.
