You can feel safe with this app, knowing that when you get a funny looking purchase you have Riskified ready to back you up. Just send them the purchase and they will check it carefully. They will let you know if you should accept the order or cancel. They do have a small % on orders they say you should accept, however, the ones they deny you pay nothing.

The Riskified team is great! Their software helps detect a lot of fraudulent orders and they are good at screening. Has saved us countless time and headaches.

Excellent service. Easy to use. After three months of use we got two chargebacks. It's very easy to make a claim. Refunds are also very quick! I definitively will keep the service as long as we have our store online.

When we turned on our site, within days Indonesian fraud order started to flow in. Riskify helped us identify every one with 100% success. We have large average orders, and the fraudsters are still trying to get through, but every bad order is caught by them.

Incredible. Finally a way to spend your time doing what you should be doing...building your business and not worrying about fraudsters. The percentage they charge for Shop Protection is amazing (.7%!) and even for manually submitted orders it's a good deal when you consider what you could lose on the lost sale or chargeback. Takes the guesswork out of eCommerce!

Best of all they don't charge for declines!

So far I have had no problems with this application. When an order is placed I can see if it is suspicious immediately. I would recommend to others.

Great product. The extra peace of mind we get from the guarantee on our orders is incredibly valuable. Would definitely recommend this app.

This is a must have service for anyone selling high priced items and doesn't have significant volume. One $3,000 fraudulent purchase that we miss would hurt our bottom line.

The only downside is that it is difficult to tell how conservative Riskified's assessment system is. We have already been declined for a few high value sales. We are in a business with customers that are more likely to do things like try to hide their identity. It would be a shame if we missed out on some high value sales, but it's not worth the risk.

Update: After I left this review, a rep contacted me and I spoke to them for a while about their system. While it still is difficult to get a good feel thus far as to my experience with their service, their customer service was really good and responsive.

Probably the best way to patch Shopify's lack of capability to provide pop up window for 3D secure payments. So far works perfect, great improvement for payment security and good night sleep.

Great service. Makes accepting credit cards for a normally charge-back hungry crowd a breeze, and their customer service is something every business should aspire too.
