I would strongly recommend Riskified to all merchants as an added tool to prevent fraud. With different payment tiers that fit each merchant, Riskified is a cost-effective solution to reduce fraud and maximize order conversion. They take the guess work out of fraud screening and reduce inaccurate order reversals (orders that are reversed because they might be fraudulent, but are not).

If you're a business going online, Riskified is a MUST-HAVE Asset. We started solo without Riskified and had chargebacks that bit deep into our margins. Considering Shopify in general does not support Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode, we could never win the chargeback case with our merchant provider.

Thanks to Riskified, we no longer have to worry. They do a great job evaluating the transaction and if there is a Chargeback they get the funds back to you as promised. No Gimmicks, support is solid and this company is the best company I have ever dealt with in so many years.

A HUGE sigh of relief for us. We can now focus on making money rather than risk losing it to fraudsters on the Internet.

Pay the extra few percentages...in the long run it saves you stress and dreaded chargebacks.

I'm getting more concerned using this app now due to an order that was prior approved then being declined after shipment. The app allows for users to update addresses to check to make sure the new address is safe. Well I had an international customer that I couldn't confirm the out of country address so I asked them for another and I input that info just to check with Shopify's shipping label address check to see if that would change the address status and Riskified delined even though I switched back to the original approved address for that order. It makes me wonder how many shipments I've sent out that won't be covered. Now they won't cover their initial approval of the address that I actually shipped to.

I received a chargeback from Shopify and submitted to Riskified. I gave them the fraud notice AND the proof of delivery.

Their response was Apologies for APPROVAL in the first place and that they think it's not Fraud! Note that they approve you JUST TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!

STAY AWAY! IT'S A COMPLETE SCAM!

This app is a must for all serious web stores. It provides a great deal of piece of mind when processing orders that have been approved by Riskified, removing the risk associated with selling online.
Lately the only issue we have faced is the new policy of Riskified that requires orders taken over phone and entered into Shopify draft orders to be double verified by sending the customer an email from Riskified. The customers are required to find the email, click on a button that opens up the browser and then click on another button to confirm the order. These extra steps are tedious and sometimes hard to explain to our customers why they must go through all these steps before their order can be processed. It is very inconvenient for our customers. This is especially inconvenient to repeat customers. If Riskified can come up with a easier solution to this or go back to how draft orders were being processed before than I would surely give them 5 stars

Riskified is saving us valuable time and money that up until now has been spent doing due diligence on orders to see if they are fraudulent or not. Every international order was always a project, until we found Riskified. Kudos to Riskified – I will recommend to others!

I love Riskified. Since We started using it out chargeback level has plummeted to zero. Initially Riskified was pretty expensive but since the implementation of submit every transaction at a 1.4% rate, it has become more economically attractive. I have not had the chance to check out their chargeback guarantee because there hasn't been any.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 is that sometimes it takes several hours (6+) on high dollar transactions placed late in the day. It's almost as if a human has to approve it (maybe that's true) and there is no night shift. Just pure speculation.

If you are concerned about chargebacks, Riskify is highly recommended.

They will deny your claims, they don't cover anything they say they do. They try there best to avoid covering your chargeback. Avoid this app.. most these reviews are left by there friends. Twice now I have had a chargeback, provided the shipping information showing the customer received the product, the customer filed the chargeback sayign they didn't receive anything... even with tracking proof the customer received the product, riskified denied the claim. This is a horrible company to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COST, youre just throwing your money away, by using them. Everyone you deal with is from another country, they are a scam!

All orders go through Riskified prior to being shipped, and so far it is working great!
