Must have app for any shopify store. Before riskified we always had to call up customers to go through a makeshift process of verifying their card but riskified takes out all that hassle. Saves times and really protects us from the potential of charge back which overtime could create bigger problems. If you have international orders or high price items this is something you need today.

Riskified has been a key to our growth and streamlining operations since very early on. Compared to competitive services, their direct integration into the approval process has made fraud protection completely hands-off, allowing us to focus on the actual business.

Without a fraud service in place, you will either avoid shipping legitimate orders because you're unsure, or you'll get hit with chargebacks unexpectedly. Definitely recommend them!

This is a great app and it does give you that essential backup/help to help tackle fraud. I have been Investigating fraud and how it could impact our business and in my opinion if your not using this app then you are leaving yourself open to significant risk.

Riskified is a must have for anyone who sells online. I don't have to worry about deciding whether to accept a risky order because with Riskified I know that any order they approve is totally protected. Installing the app was quick and painless and their customer service has been excellent.

Very helpful app that keeps you at ease with every purchase. Affordable rates and the peace of mind to know that your sales are legitimate.

Even if you don't plan to use them much, having the ability to send a suspicious order to them and then pay a reasonable fee for fraud insurance is huge. We have our own integrated third party fraud review tool that we use to identify high risk orders, and then we give those orders to riskified when we can't easily validate them as legitimate. The integration with shopify makes it one click to submit the order, and they get back with answers super quick most of the time. Love it.
