this is a no brainer. after being scammed a few times i needed to find a solution. riskified is that solution. excellent customer service as well. every ecommerce store needs this.

One of the biggest nightmares as an online retailer is trying to figure out which order is legit and which one is potentially a fraudulent transaction. As a retailer, you don't want to penalize the good guys by deploying a "we only ship to the billing address" policy. That's where Riskified comes in and handles the scrutiny for you. They guarantee an order they approve - meaning if you DO get a chargeback, they send you the money for the entire order (less the transaction fee you pay them for submitting the order to them). Let me tell you, their customer service is EXCELLENT. Not only did they respond to my emails in a timely matter but we recently had a chargeback and they immediately sent us the money via Paypal and even included the Paypal fees. All they asked us for was a screenshot of the chargeback (we use Stripe) and the order number - THAT'S IT. I highly recommend this app; it's a must have!

Wonderful! I only have used this for a couple of my orders that looked sketchy, but it was so nice to have an option instead of bothering the customer with verification questions or declining what could be a good order. Riskified takes the guess work out. Guarantees your money and only charges a small fee for this. Chargebacks would cost a whole lot more! I highly recommend this for every online merchant!

Amazing service! This app has given me complete peace of mind when processing orders. No more worrying and guessing if a chargeback will happen if I send to an address other than the billing. We had to use the chargeback service once, on a rather large order, and the process was so quick and easy. They completely took care of me and delivered everything they promised. The only downside I can see so far is there's no # to call for support, but this is because they are based out of Israel, and they have been very quick to respond to my emails. All by next day when I woke up.

We absolutely love this service. We use the Complete Store Protection which reviews every order and only charger 0.7% on each order. It is WELL worth it! We haven't had a chargeback yet (which I'm not complaining) so we haven't been able to test how good their guarantee is but maybe we won't have to. I love how easy it is to set up. We even have it set to automatically capture payments once it's verified so that we don't have to capture them individually (this is a huge time saver) in addition any order your refund, riskified automatically refunds your processing fee without any need to submit a request or anything. All around best and most useful app we own.
