Amazing tool! Before Riskified we were declining most of our international orders and spent so much time on each manual review. Top notch support as well. Highly recommend.

Riskified allows us to sell internationally without hesitation. After several very large chargebacks by individuals who had stolen credit cards throughout Europe, we needed a solution. Riskified is very high-tech and very easy to use. With one click you submit your order and await their friendly staff's risk analysis. Once you have that, you are in complete control and can choose to ship or cancel the order. We love having this extra layer of security.

Riskified is just what the doctor ordered for our store. We ship across USA and fraud is a very real danger for us. Our product lends itself to gifting so typically we get a high number of orders which are ordered using a different address and ships to another address. With riskified's help we are able to ship our orders without hesitation. When there have been claims, they have been quick to refund us entire costs. I recommend Riskified to anyone concerned about not getting paid by customers.

Riskified has blocked fraudulent transactions from occurring in our web store on multiple occasions. Their customer service is also top-notch and highly responsive. I highly recommend using the Riskified app!
