This is an essential app for any small business. It saves me so much time not needing to contact customers directly trying to guess if I should ship to separate shipping and billing addresses. I work with a lot of stylists who order with the client's credit card info and without this site I would end up having to cancel a lot of orders that are otherwise valid. This has transformed by business.
Fantastic software and service... I can't tell you the peace of mind having this app installed gives you and allows you to accept any size order without fear of a chargeback. We have used Riskified for about 2 years now and have only had to claim 1 chargeback. As promised, Riskified covered the chargeback and it was an incredibly easy process. Easily one of the best apps I have ever used....
I wish there were more stars to give. Support is unbelievably fast and within the first day they verified and prevented fraudulent transactions not caught by standard Shopify verification processes.
Riskified took the guessing game out of orders that could be potentially fraudulent. Since installing Riskified we've been able to get an answer for most orders within 1 hour or so and once the order is approved we're able to ship out the package.
Definitely recommend the Riskified App to any businesses on the Shopify platform!
