Yaci helped with a question I had about a coupon code, very quickly!! She even gave a suggestion of something I could do to my store to make it a little more personable!! The best experience!!!!

I was delighted when I found Rivo had another app with JUST the features I was looking for. Have only had wonderful experience with this company before so have high expectations from the start. As always their chat team are fast and making you feel special, fixing whatever you need help with. The app looks good and is fully customizable (like the other app from them that I use)
easy to install, works like a charm. Recommended!

I'm setting the app to collect email from client by giving a coupon code. I had instant support from Therese. I need to test better the app but I'm very satisfied for the moment.

This app is super user friendly and was able to create an email pop up very quickly. Also I received chat help within minutes of adding the app!
