Great customer service. Super quick and easy to set up. I would definitely recommend. There is a lot of content offered for free.

I am unable to rate the effectiveness of the app as I just installed it. But as for the set up of the app I am giving it 5 stars and the customer service was wonderful Spoke with 2 different people for 2 different reasons and loved the communication. It was casual which i find to be very helpful when you don't know what you're doing and being walked through something.

My current shop version doesn't have a pop-up, so I installed Rivo for free. I needed the "Powered by Rivo" brand removed, so I started a chat with Betty. She was very helpful and had that taken care of speedily. She's also funny. Thanks, Betty.

Super Easy to use. Any problems at all, I clicked on the chat and this was replied to almost immediately. Pete talked me through my issue and even made suggestions for my website that helped massively!
