I decided to use this app to help improve my website. In doing so I was gracefully greeted by Abbie ! Abbie's response time is unmatched. I received the answers to my questions within seconds from each other. 10 stars ⭐ Rivo email popup has my support & business.

Lance was very much helpful! He was quick and efficient in helping me set up my email pop up and remove the watermark. He also helped me update somethings on my website. GREAT customer experience ever!

Amazing and super fast customer service! I can't thank Abbie enough for not only helping me with my initial issue but also taking the time to give me multiple tips on how to improve my Shopify store, giving me awesome feedback and bringing my attention to issues I didn't realise were there! I am so thankful for the help I received from Pete today. He was a wonderful customer service agent who was knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to listen to my concerns and offered solutions that were tailored to my needs. On top of that, he was patient and courteous.
