i like the customer service, very good. Pete was fast & efficient, very superb customer service. i may try the other apps if the popups work well :)

My CSR Pete was quite patient in his responses. Rivo has invested a lot in the email popups and it being completely free has the CSRs even more enthusiastic to assist.
Highly recommend.

UPDATE: THEY ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY YOU MAY THINK OF SPENDING ON OTHER APPS!
I had a little glitch and my CSR- Pete had to contact the tech guys and made sure it was fixed. Shout out to Lea for stepping in while I thought I was left to crickets.
Every product can be elevated if you just go the "extra." For Rivo, that extra is in Customer service and they represented well. I hope they keep this culture.
