Just had amazing support!
The layout of the app itself looks very good and easy to use

Have yet to add the popup on my website but the support is A++

This app is easy to use and set up. I had a question and customer service responded right away. Lance was SO kind and helpful. He went above and beyond and was super cheerful and responsive. He answered my questions, fixed the issue I was having, and gave me some positive feedback on the shop I'm setting up. After a day of frustration with other integrations, this was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Rivo's email pop-up!
