Customer service was Good! App is easy to use. I haven't set up the pop-up yet, but it looks good. Very helpful team.

Tried out because its free, had a few questions and had 0 wait time! Chatted with a live agent who answered every question and the app is VERY easy to use! Bonus, my rep Arianne sent amazing GIFS.
