best support I've ever had. Have had look around for a good pop-up plugin and this one came to my eye. intalled in a seconds, all setting are straight forward, branding name was removed without any question. Can't believe this is a free app

I downloaded Rivo for email pop ups. Once I started navigating the app the customer service team was extremely helpful to answer all question and she even suggested a few changes on my website not-related tp Rivo but just an honest opinion and a valuable as well.

The app is very easy to setup and the customer service is impeccable. Arianna helped me setup the app and also went above and beyond with taking a look at my store and sent me helpful links to improve on 10/10 recommend.

It did what I needed it to do: create a pop up email opt in for leads. A representative by the name of Yaci helped me via chat and removed the Rivo branding from my pop up. I would definitely recommend.
