This app was really easy to set up and I had amazing help from Pete when I need to ask a couple of questions. Very helpful and quick to respond.

Lance was very helpful in the customer service chat and the function of the service itself is very simple for my website and exactly what I need!
Just downloaded this app today, so far it has been easy set up. I spoke with Yaci on chat today and she was very helpful and answered all my questions. Went above and beyond to help me out. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because I haven't used this app for more than 1 hour. So far so good, just cant speak of long term.

Just started, so proof will be in the pudding. Very easy to use so far. Would be better if it allowed the option to restrict existing customers or previous website visitors from seeing the popup. Customer service by Pete was excellent too.
I can't seem to adjust the frequency that visitors see the app, so I will have to continue to research this issue. Other than that, it was very simple to set up and customize, and I spoke to Therese who was very helpful in removing the rivo logo from the pop up. Hopefully she will be able to help me with the pop up frequency.
