The app is easy to use and implement in my Shopify store. The customer service was great! Friendly and full of advice and good ideas.
I would most definitely recommend it. Lance, the rep that helped me was excellent!

I would highly recommend using the apps from Rivo, I have several on my site and if you are lucky enough to get Maria for help all the better she was awesome

Listen, Pete is the bomb. A free app and they will remove their branding with a simple chat. Pete added a couple other free features where I can add my logo to popup box, I haven't figured it out yet but it's nice to know it's there. If everyone is like Pete in this company then you need to use the app.
